Tahini Roasted Purple Cauliflower
This my favorite way to prepare cauliflower! Sometimes its rare to be able to find these big beautiful purple cauliflower heads, which is okay! You can use this recipe for almost all vegetables. Rubbing tahini on your vegetables is a great way to bring a creaminess to your dish. The tahini with the maple syrup caramelizes in the oven creating that perfect bite! Let me know what vegetable you try this recipe on!

This simple Thai dish can be made in your own kitchen! It's versatile in what seasonings you can use. Also feel free to experiment with other types of fish. The halibut being steamed with the Thai flavors gives your whole house a nice aroma and brings a delicious juicy flavor to the fish. Enjoy with a side of sautéed beans and mushrooms! Enjoy!
Quinoa + vegetable stuffed portobello
This is a perfect protein replacement for vegetarians! The quinoa is loaded with plant protein, plus all the protein you get from the vegetables themself. Feel free to play around with any vegetables you want to fill the mushroom with. This dish is easy to make and delicious every time.
Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Fresh Herbs
This is the perfect recipe for an afternoon snack or yummy side dish! I personally love white sweet potatoes, but you can try any potato you would like! Make sure to keep an eye on your fries the last 10 minutes of cooking, remember, every oven is different and some cook faster than others. Make sure you don’t forget fresh herbs at the market for garnish, I promise they make the dish delish!
Spring Pesto Spaghetti
Southern California decided to be 58 degrees all day on the first day of June. So I decided to create something decadent and warm for dinner. My boyfriend and I had been craving pasta so I decided to surprise him with this yummy dish! I created a delicious creamy spring pesto spaghetti. I Love topping my dishes with the delicious basil from the farmers market. You wont believe this dish is vegan with how creamy it tastes! The Banzas chickpea spaghetti used in this recipe adds protein to the dish and makes it gluten free! Enjoy!
Creamy Lemon Spaghetti Squash with Baked Halibut (dairy free)
Looking for a yummy cream sauce that is dairy free? This dish is a great option if you're craving pasta with a rich decadent sauce, but don't want to feel heavy after you eat! Sub spaghetti squash for the base with fresh halibut and volia you have a delicious creamy lemon spaghetti squash with baked halibut!
Pistachio + parsley crusted salmon over a fennel + kale salad
This is one of my favorite ways to prepare my salmon. The pistachio and parsley crust on the fish is truly the perfect bite. I love adding in the kale and cooked fennel underneath the fish. It gives this decadent fish the perfect amount of acidity it needs. Feel free to enjoy the fish or salad on their own!
Middle Eastern Lentils
This lentil recipe is very easy to prep and quick to cook, but tastes like it's been cooking for hours. I love the flavor cumin brings to this dish. These lentils can be used as a side dish or a main. Lentils are loaded with protein and nutrients leaving your body feeling nourished! Enjoy them with a side of veggies or on top of basmati rice!
Nutty Chocolate Chip Cookies
Here is my simple chocolate chip cookies loaded with goodies. I love adding different textures to my desserts. I folded in walnuts, coconut flakes, and chocolate chips to make these cookies extra yum! I typically try to create my desserts dairy free, and sometimes vegan. This recipe has eggs but can easily become vegan by replacing the eggs with a flax egg! I also recommend ALWAYS topping any cookie with a bit of flaky salt before baking. It gives a perfect sweet + salty flavor to the cookie. Enjoy!
Vegetable Stack with Sun-dried Tomato Pesto
This is the perfect side or main dish for any Italian night! Try whatever vegetables you prefer in the stack. I absolutely love this pesto recipe, but the fun thing about this dish is you can do any type of sauce you would like in-between the vegetables. It all melds together and develops a delicious flavor. I love to add fresh basil on top at the herb to bring in the perfect freshness!
Stir-fried Sesame Eggplant
This recipe is easy to make and perfect for any Asian + Japanese dinner night! This dish is one of my favorite ways to prepare eggplant! I made this dish on sashimi night with my family. Kohlrabi + Fennel Salad
I was inspired to create this dish after eating at Nobu in LA a few weeks ago. I love when kohlrabi is fresh and in season! It is the perfect crunch for a fresh slaw. I was craving a light but decadent feeling dish so I wanted to add in a bit of truffle oil. It was my first time pairing miso with truffle oil, and it was delish! Enjoy this as a side dish for any Asian dinner or even put it on top of a fish taco.
Vegetable Pad Thai
Who does not like noodles with a yummy sauce, right? Almost everyone does! I love using only sesame oil and a little salt on my rice noodles, but really nothing beats my peanut satay sauce! My Vegetable Pad Thai recipe below has no protein, but feel free to add in any plant or animal protein you’d like, or even an egg!
Eggplant Parmesan
I created this recipe while cooking for a family who follows a pescatarian diet, meaning the only animal protein they eat is fish. They were craving chicken parmesan, so i figured why not make it but substitute the chicken for eggplant. This recipe has a wonderful crispy texture on the outside and perfectly cooked eggplant on the inside. To bring the cheesy flavor I replaced the cheese with nutritional yeast. This dish is very nutritious but decadent at the same time!
Miso Glazed Salmon with Cilantro Crema + Seared Bok Choy
In this recipe I used a simple miso glaze that can be used on any protein, vegetable, or even as a sauce! The flavor of my delicious cilantro creama pairs perfectly with my decadent miso salmon and sesame ginger bok choy. I like to sear my bok choy on the outside so that it remains crunchy on the inside. Make this dish for any dinner guest and they will not be disappointed. It is easy to make and turns out delicious every time!
Curry Roasted Cauliflower
This is my go dish when using cauliflower. I absolutely love the flavor or curry powder! The golden raisins I add give the dish a nice sweetness and chew. Feel free to change up the spices and enjoy the cauliflower as a side to any yummy protein! By far has been my clients favorite side dish.

I am always looking for ways to make fun dishes without any processed ingredients. These butter lettuce tacos are made with fresh yellowtail from the local fisherman and toped with chipotle crema and a purple cabbage slaw!
Sesame Miso Soba Noodles + Stir Fry Vegetables with Cast Iron Shrimp
This is the perfect recipe for a light and healthy noodle dish that is jam packed in flavor! For all my non-shellfish eaters this recipe is easy to change up the protein while reserving the same flavor concept, or remove the protein at all & keep it plant based! Add different veggies in and don’t be afraid to throw red pepper flakes in for that extra kick!
