Cocoa Cashew Milk

Delicious creamy cashew milk with just 5 simple ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups raw unsalted cashews

  • 4 cups water

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp cocoa

  • 1 date

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Soak cashews in hot water for 20-30 minutes, until tender.

  2. Strain your cashews and pour into your blender. Add 4 cups of filtered water to the blender along with the vanilla extract, a date, and cocoa powder.

  3. Blend on high for 60 seconds.

  4. Strain liquid from blender into a fine mesh strainer over a bowl to remove any excess cashew pieces.

  5. Store in air tight container and enjoy for up to 5 days.
