Dairy-Free Bourbon Eggnog

You want to enjoy this iconic holiday drink, but are dairy-free. Well here you go! My dairy-free holiday eggnog recipe is the perfect alternative that will keep the festivities alive! Feel free to adjust the sweetness and alcohol to your preference.

INGREDIENTS

4-6 servings 

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 14-oz can full-fat coconut milk 

  • 4-6 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 4 egg yolks

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, plus more to taste

  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg, plus more to taste

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1/8 tsp ground cardamom 

  • 1/2 cup bourbon

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend for one minute 

  2. Chill 2 hours and serve

  3. Last 2 days in air tight container in fridge
