Dairy-Free Bourbon Eggnog
You want to enjoy this iconic holiday drink, but are dairy-free. Well here you go! My dairy-free holiday eggnog recipe is the perfect alternative that will keep the festivities alive! Feel free to adjust the sweetness and alcohol to your preference.
INGREDIENTS
4-6 servings
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 14-oz can full-fat coconut milk
4-6 Tbsp maple syrup
4 egg yolks
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, plus more to taste
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg, plus more to taste
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/8 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 cup bourbon
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients and blend for one minute
Chill 2 hours and serve
Last 2 days in air tight container in fridge
