5 Minute Smoothie Bowl

Have a busy day ahead of you? This breakfast bowl will keep you full for HOURS! It is super simple and totally customizable.

INGREDIENTS

Base:

  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 scoop plant base protein

Toppings:

  • Coconut shreds

  • Homemade granola

  • Cocoa nibs

  • Goji berries

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients for base to blender and blend till combined, then top with whatever toppings you prefer.
