Asian Baked Tofu

This recipe is for all my foodies who Asian flavors! I always aim for simple, yet delicious recipes like this asian baked tofu. I normally serve these babies over a bed of rice with my favorite roasted vegetables and some sliced avocado!

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz extra firm tofu, cut into thin cubes

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 2 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce

  • Pinch of garlic powder

  • Pinch of onion powder

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  • Pinch of sea salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. In a shallow dish, whisk together all ingredients (minus the tofu). 

  3. Drench each piece of tofu in the sauce ingredients then lay on the baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping each piece of tofu midway through.

  4. I recommend serving with favorite roasted vegetables over preferred grain or rice!
