Broiled Salmon

When I started making salmon this way I became a pescatarian, no joke! It is my go to protein for most meals. Only five ingredients, but taste like liquid gold!

INGREDIENTS

  • Salmon

  • Olive oil

  • Garlic powder

  • Salt pepper

  • Lemon

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Turn oven to high broil

  2.  Rub salmon with olive oil on top and bottom and place in pan. Sprinkle top and bottom with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. Place salmon on middle shelf, not too close to top or else top of salmon can get too brown. Broil 12 minutes then check to see if salmon is cooked to preference. If salmon still needs to be cooked, place on bottom shelf for 3-4 more minutes until done.

  4. Drizzle with lemon juice and enjoy!
