Asian Snap Peas + Broccolini

The perfect recipe for a bright green side dish. It only takes two simple steps and 4 ingredients!


Asian Snap Peas + Broccolini

Serves 2-3

Cook Time: 4

Total time: 14

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch snap peas

  • 1 bunch broccolini

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp braggs liquid aminos

  • 1 tbsp furikake (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.

  2. Peel your snap peas + trim the ends of your broccolini.

  3. Place your snap peas in boiling water until they turn bright greens 1-2 minutes. Remove from water and pat dry then do the same thing with broccolini.

  4. Place both veggies in a bowl and toss with your sesame oil, braggs, and furikake. top with additional furikake or sesame seeds.
