As humans we are constantly evolving and adapting to whats going on in the world around us. This is why change can be so difficult if we are not prepared and supported. 1:1 Coaching Packages

Following the discovery session I provide 1:1 coaching sessions in 1, 3, and 6 month packages. Depending on what areas need work I will offer individualized weekly menu + recipe development, guidance for pantry and fridge clean out, and holistic personal tips (journaling, painting, music, curating a self care space, etc).
