Vegan Blender Brownies

Imagine eating decadent brownies and not feeling bad about it. These guilt-free brownies are my go to when craving something to sweet. Simple, easy and refined sugar free!

INGREDIENTS

  • 8oz vegan chocolate chips (approximately 1 1/3 cup)

  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder (or cocoa powder)

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup oat flour

  • ¼ cup agave

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

  2. Melt the chocolate either in the microwave or on the stove using a double boiler. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes.

  3. Add all the ingredients to a blender (or you can mix by hand) and blend on medium-low speed until combined. Do not over blend.

  4. Transfer the batter to a baking pan

  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350F.

  6. They will be quite delicate while warm, so cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
