Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

This is such a great go-to recipe and truly works with almost any vegetable. These Brussels sprouts come out perfectly cooked, with crispy edges and a delicious natural sweetness from the balsamic vinegar. I also love using this exact method with asparagus—it’s simple, flavorful, and never fails. It makes the perfect side dish for both lunch and dinner, whether you’re cooking for yourself or sharing with others. Let me know what vegetables you try it with—I love seeing how you make it your own!
