Cocoa Cashew Milk
Delicious creamy cashew milk with just 5 simple ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups raw unsalted cashews
4 cups water
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cocoa
1 date
INSTRUCTIONS
Soak cashews in hot water for 20-30 minutes, until tender.
Strain your cashews and pour into your blender. Add 4 cups of filtered water to the blender along with the vanilla extract, a date, and cocoa powder.
Blend on high for 60 seconds.
Strain liquid from blender into a fine mesh strainer over a bowl to remove any excess cashew pieces.
Store in air tight container and enjoy for up to 5 days.
