“My family and I had the pleasure of being with Gabrielle for five dreamy days, immersed in the most delicious and creative food imaginable. Gabrielle surprised us each day with new flavor experiences at her mid-day meals, snacks and dinners. She did a wide variety of plant-based dishes, grazing boards, and fruit/nut snacks. Selections also included a delicate and delicious miso glazed salmon with mirin shiitake mushrooms, cilantro crema, ginger + garlic broccolini, bok choy, basmati rice, coconut oil roasted Japanese sweet potatoes, furikake and spring onions. And that was just the first night! Her lunches were all plant based and delicious, with things like fresh vegetable and avocado sandwiches, peanut and miso soba noodles, and hummus wraps. My oldest son was interested in how Gabby prepared these dishes, and she was very generous with her time and attention helping him learn. It was a delicious, wonderful week we all wished would never end! We can’t wait for the next time with Gabrielle, and heartily recommend her to all who love great food!”
